My husband (Meinrad) and I started Mannee’s in 1991. It was a dream of ours. With immense sacrifice, hard work and sweat, we grew it into what it is today.

Mannee’s Bakery Ltd. was Incorporated in March of 1998. From its inception, the Company has been a vibrant part of the communities in which it operates and serves. There are three Outlets on the Island, namely Corinth (the main branch), Chisel Street and CDC Branches – both in the heart of Castries City. The Bakery produces all kinds of Bread and Cakes. There are a variety of choices for the discerning consumer, namely sliced, whole wheat, rolls, French – to name a few. The cakes are also wide ranging – indigenous cakes like Pewyia, Turnovers, Coconut Cakes, Rock Cakes and Cherry Rock Cakes – and all the usual cakes and pastries like Meat, Chicken, Spinach, Saltfish and Fish Patties, Jam Puffs, Danish, Cheese Cake, and a wide selection to satisfy any palette.

Mannee’s also does individual orders for office meetings, parties, weddings, board meetings and a host of other events. The preceding is usually taken from the Mini Price List. There are also the regular sizes of all cakes and pastries for individual consumers. Mannee’s has a stellar reputation for going the extra mile – especially for those specialized orders. There has been nothing but praise for Mannee’s efforts in that regard. People come to Mannee’s and say that the Bakery was recommended by this or that person. We at Mannee’s believe that this is a testament to our efforts to be the best when it comes to our patrons and supporters. Mannee’s also provides bread, cakes and pastries for the major supermarkets and hotels on the Island.
